Verovia joins factory signals and business records for AI automation

Verosoft’s new platform joins equipment data, enterprise records and authorised actions. Its supplier-delay demonstration follows an overdue purchase through to affected production.

Verosoft made Verovia generally available on 26 October, introducing an AI platform for coordinating work across industrial equipment and business applications. The company is building around Microsoft tools, including Dynamics and Azure, while allowing connections to other enterprise systems. A free version is available.[1]

The release builds on equipment-monitoring capabilities introduced in spring 2026, bringing them together with asset management and AI automation. Microsoft Entra ID supplies the identity integration, alongside roles, approval workflows and activity records for the work agents perform.[1]

Connectors bring sensor and industrial-system data into business workflows, then read or change records where permissions allow. Verosoft explicitly describes business actions rather than direct autonomous control of machinery.[3]

What a delayed part can set in motion

In a product-page demonstration, a supply-risk agent finds overdue purchase lines in Business Central, checks which production orders depend on them, visits a supplier’s website and prepares a replacement order for approval. This is an illustrative workflow, not a customer case study.[2]

That sequence explains the practical value of joining the records. A late delivery matters differently when the missing item is needed for tomorrow’s production than when existing stock covers the next month. The useful output is a response tied to affected work: which order, which dependency and which proposed action.[2]

Approved connections can be reused across agents and workflows. Administrators control who can use each connection and which actions it permits.[3]

Verosoft describes pilot projects in transportation, energy, construction and manufacturing. It is now inviting Microsoft partners to build industry-specific solutions and provide implementation and ongoing services. The commercial opportunity includes configuring how an agent moves through a customer’s existing systems, as well as supplying the software.[1]
